HUU THINH MERCH - YOUR TRUST, YOUR ASSURED

Quality control

Six quality gates before your merch leaves the factory.

Our QC process is designed to catch material, construction, and finishing issues early — protecting both product integrity and your brand reputation.

01

Material Inspection

All incoming fabrics, trims, threads, and components are checked against order specifications before cutting begins. Color, weight, shrinkage, and quality defects are flagged at intake.

02

Pre-production Sample Approval

A pre-production sample is produced and reviewed against approved design, measurements, and decoration specs. Client approval is required before bulk production proceeds.

03

In-line Production Check

Every 200 units produced are checked for stitch quality, construction alignment, embroidery placement, and color consistency. Issues are corrected immediately to prevent batch problems.

04

Semi-finished Inspection

Before decoration (embroidery/printing), semi-finished goods are checked for correct construction and measurements. Rejects are separated and re-worked before proceeding.

05

Final Inspection (AQL 2.5)

Full final inspection conducted on completed goods using AQL 2.5 sampling standard. Decoration accuracy, finishing quality, measurements, and labels are all verified against the approved sample.

06

Packing & Shipping Check

Packed units are verified for correct quantity, polybag/box specifications, hang tags, barcodes, and carton labeling before shipment to ensure accuracy from factory to destination.
