We are pleased to announce the expansion of our embroidery department with new 12-head, 15-needle computerized embroidery machines. This upgrade increases our daily embroidery capacity by 40% while allowing finer detail on logos with thread counts under 2mm.

For brands with intricate designs — fine gradients, small text, or layered stitching — the new machines support a wider range of specialty threads including metallic, reflective, and 3D puff embroidery.

In practical terms, this means faster turnaround on embroidered orders (as low as 14 days for standard runs), higher stitch consistency across large batches, and the ability to handle more complex logo placements including side panels, under-brim, and strap embroidery.
